You are being offered an exciting invitation - to become a part of our fellowship. There are no special qualifications to come, just be yourself.
One of the prominent features of our church is our beautiful stained glass windows. Just as their cavalcade of colors comes together to give beauty to the windows, the many personal hues of our people and their personalities and opinions make our fellowship alive and vibrant. We don't simply tolerate differences - we encourage them.
We seek to be faithful to our valued traditions, but not blinded by them so as to miss the stimulation of that which is new.
Our Church seeks to minister to the whole person in finding God's purpose for life. We pray that here you may find the assistance you need in that quest.
We believe that God should be the center of one's life, and worship is where we anticipate the presence of God and celebrate the good news of Jesus Christ.
Excitement is a key goal because our faith is exciting. We seek to achieve it through both traditional and contemporary activities, congregational involvement, and a diversity in our music offerings.
Worship is where we utilize our people's variety of talents and gifts to develop an atmosphere in which there is an encounter with God that you are eager to repeat and where next week is not a clone of the last.
You will hear the Bible preached in sermons that touch the heart,
address the intellect, explore the spirit, spark the imagination and strive to make a
change in your life.
To become a Christian one must:
You are invited to join us. The process is simple. Faith must be personal. When you feel ready to join you may come forward near the close of a service or speak with a pastor personally.
If you are professing a new faith in Christ, you will be invited to
enter the waters of Baptism. If you are a Christian wishing to transfer membership, your
Baptism by immersion and confirmation in the tradition of your former Church will be
honored, if that is your choice.
